The debris department it is the wurst they never ever answer to book appointment for filling and it has to be book with their front desk house . And I am tired of calling and leave voice message it is the worst. Add to that that it is so busy place waiting room it is in the way of all sick people passing by so it is not even ideal . I have to get a medical record from them so I have to show up at this point but they are the worst place to book an appointment ever.

The OB/GYN here does not care about his patients. You will be here for hours begging for a document that you may need for another doctor. ANYTHING you need from these people you will have to beg for it. Then they will tell you to pick it up within 3 days. I gave them the benefit of doubt came back in 3 days and i waited 4 HOURS because the document wasnt ready. Takes hour to see you, my last appt was at 9:45 i was seen at 12. And left at 2pm. RIDICULOUS Only for the doctor to measure your belly. Put a monitor to hear his heartbeat which i have at home like wtf and bye bye. Every single time. Im not requesting my information to leave to another doctor and they are taking forever to fax, delaying me being able to make an appt at the new docotr. What finally made me give up on these people is i had the doctors fill out a form so i can get my expecting mother handicap sticker. All he had to put was his name, license number, clinic address and sign THATS IT. He made me wait 5 HOURS!!!! Went in at 10 left at 2pm. When i got to the dmv they told they have to call the doctor and confirm the document i brought. I told them he’s not gonna answer because THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. And guess?

I called three times to schedule an appointment. Each time, the representative hung up on me. This is unacceptable and a massive letdown. There’s clearly a serious problem with your process—how are you able to run a business if you can’t even schedule an appointment with customers?

Hello! I have been a patient at the clinic since 2012 and have always received excellent care from Dra. Márcia Blanca and her team. But I would especially like to thank Cintia, the employee who very kindly explained. The pharmacy on 71st St in Miami Beach offers excellent service, and they are always willing to help.
